Pasture Raised Poultry
All of our poultry is raised outside once they mature out of their brood pens. By raising our poultry in hoop houses and chicken tractors we are able to improve soil health and animal health. Every 2-3 days our coops are easily moved with our tractor and the birds are exposed to fresh new grass and bugs. By raising our poultry outside in sunshine and elements our poultry is generally healthier than if they were raised in confined quarters with poor ventilation. Combining outdoor growing methods with natural locally sourced feed sources, we are proud that all of our customers taste a difference.
Meat Production Chicken
Cornish Cross Chickens are not GMO. They are a special breed that has been selectively bred by hatcheries to produce a butcher ready bird in only 10 weeks! Averaging around 8 pounds dressed, the meat is out of this world. In a blind taste test, 10/10 people preferred the taste of our raised Cornish cross compared to store bought.

The Delaware Chicken was the original production broiler chicken. Today, the Delaware breed is used on the farm for meat and eggs. Meat Production Turkey
The quintessential thanksgiving turkey. Our production turkeys have produced a dressed turkey that weighed 42 pounds! Our average weight is around 20 pounds which is perfect to feed a family feast of 10 or more. What separates our birds from others is how we "finish" our birds with a special feed blend that is all organic and natural.
