About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Aisling Farms was established in 2019 by Cody and Kateri Sargen. Aisling (pronounced Ash-Ling) is an old Gaelic word meaning to dream or to have a vision. The name incorporates the personal dreams each individual had to establish a self-sustaining farm, and their visions of what a self-sustaining farm might look like.

The farm today is being envisioned upon the land that has been in Cody's family for over 8 generations. The land has seen many generations of farmers come and go, families big and small, and every time the land has always provided bountiful harvest and healthy animals. The land has always given and so at Aisling Farms, it is time for the farmer to give back to the land. Agriculturally sustaining farming practices combined with conservation stewardship allows for improved soil health, improved water quality, and improved natrual biodiversity.
